Making A Claim
There are several steps you can take to make sure your claim is handled quickly and to your satisfaction.  
  • Claims are made through the underwriting insurance company as indicated on your printed policy.  The phone numbers and addresses you will need are also indicated on your policy, or you can check our master claims contact list by linking here.
  • The most important beginning step is to contact the insurer as quickly as possible after the loss or injury has occurred.  Deadlines and restrictions will be listed on your policy.
  • The insurer will require any paperwork that proves your claim: receipts, photos, accident reports, estimates, or other pertinent pieces of information.   You can begin pulling them together immediately.  Also, check with your insurer to find out what unique documentation they may require for your claim.
  • These steps will ensure your claim is handled most promptly.  If you have trouble after contacting your insurer, please contact us to assist you.
